Tunie participated in the 'Miss Black Teenage Pageant' in 1970. She is a fine arts graduate in musical theater from 'Carnegie Mellon University' in Pittsburgh. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at Clark Memorial Baptist Church, 1301 Glenn St., Homestead, with the Rev. When a family/friend from Homestead passed and I called the funeral home it was always a pleasure speaking with him, he was always genuinely concerned about me "baby girl".Our prayers are with you.
