This resource aims to provide those beginning to use chair work in Schema Therapy a solid foundation to develop skills. Schema Therapy Training Online is the hub for all things schema therapy. All the theory and principles of Schema Therapy are covered in pre-workshop material (readings, recordings and videos – allow 6 hours) so that 100% of the workshop time can be devoted to experiential exercises focusing on learning key Schema Therapy skills in assessment, case conceptualisation and treatment planning, cognitive, emotion-focused and behavioural interventions.
